A network of senior executives,
available for project-based work

EXEC 4·0 Platform is our solution for engagements that fall between a permanent appointment and a consulting contract.

It connects clients with a closed network of former Chief Executives, functional leaders and sector specialists, available for defined projects, typically four weeks to twelve months.

The network is closed. Members are accepted by partner referral and reference, and assigned to engagements on the basis of fit, not availability. We do not advertise positions to members. We do not publish member directories.

How it works

A client describes the question. We propose two or three Platform members who fit.

The engagement is contracted directly between client and member, with EXEC 4·0 acting as the introducing and oversight party.

Fees are time-based, disclosed before engagement, and free of placement commission.

Within each sector, partners have direct operating or transactional experience.

Natalia Yutanova, CEO and Managing Partner, spoke at the 8th Future of HR & L&D Summit & Awards, held at Sofitel Dubai The Palm on 9 July 2026. The event brought together senior HR and business leaders from Emirates NBD, Airbus, Nokia, American Express, NEOM, Maersk, Al Tayer Motors and other organisations across the UAE and the Middle East.

Topics on the agenda ranged from AI in HR and workforce transformation to talent retention, digital learning and the changing expectations placed on leaders as companies rethink how they develop talent.

Institute of Leadership participated as the summit's Leadership Transformation & CEO Succession Partner, with a focus on board and C-suite advisory, CEO succession and senior executive appointments.

During the awards ceremony, Natalia presented The Best HR Leader of the Year award to Khalid Ahmad Ahli, Head of Human Resources at the UAE Space Agency. The UAE Space Agency also received the Best Employer of the Year award.
